Four bedroom holiday house looking out onto Polzeath beach and views to Camel Estuary. All rooms have sea views and full central heating.

Kitchen: refitted 2007. Includes washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs.

Dining room: includes bookcase with videos and DVDs, table and chairs for 8 people.

Lounge: includes 4 sofas, stereo, TV, DVD, video player and an open fire.

Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, hairdryer and radio alarm clock.

Bedrooms (3): include twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Shower room: includes down stairs WC and basin and separate WC.

Bathroom: includes upstairs bath, shower over bath, basin and WC.

Outside: Large glass panelled decking area accessed from lounge . Includes garden table, chairs, sunbeds, gas barbeque and beach toys. Also, lawned garden and sheltered patio area.
